Aéropostale’s 19,000-sq.-ft flagship in Manhattan’s Times Square blends state-of-the-art technology with retro New York City imagery and materials. The two-level store is high-wattage, with a 120-ft. digital billboard that features a variety of content -- including shoppers who can dance with virtual models in the store and have images displayed on the outside sign. The interior is an updated homage to the brand’s past and New York City locale, with such accents as subway tile and a Brooklyn Bridge-etched mirror.
