Wilmington, Del. Metro Commercial Real Estate said Friday that it has negotiated a sublease for Ashley Furniture to occupy a former 21,827-sq.-ft. Lane Home Furnishings space at the Brandywine Town Center located in Wilmington, Del.

The Wilmington location is Ashley’s second in the northeast Maryland/northern Delaware marketplace. The other store in the area is in Elkton, Md.
