Fort Worth, Texas Customer analytics firm Buxton said Tuesday that TCBY, the Country’s Best Yogurt, has entered into a partnership with Buxton to develop a predictive sales model that will facilitate a cost-effective, successful expansion strategy.
TCBY currently operates more than 400 locations nationwide.
“With Buxton’s analytical tools, we will be able to evaluate our existing locations, verify our most loyal customers, and determine potential locations,” said Rob Streett, senior VP TCBY. “We are looking forward to receiving a thorough competitive analysis, with market optimization, that will provide us with solutions to continue our national influence in the frozen yogurt market. These tools will enable us to provide our current and future franchisees with the best possible locations for future success.”
As part of the alliance, TCBY will utilize Scout, a web-based site selection and management application developed by Buxton.
