Delray Beach, Fla. -- Indianapolis-based Kite Realty Group announced that It'Sugar has leased 2,027 sq. ft. at Delray Marketplace located in Delray Beach, Fla.
Delray Marketplace is currently under construction and is expected to open early 2013. The total GLA of leasable space will be 259,245 sq. ft. The center is anchored by Frank Theatres and Publix, and features Global Beer Collection, Japango, Verizon, Cabo Flats, Famiglia, The Grind Café, Republic of Couture (ROC), Shula Burger, Terra Fiamma, The Olive Tap, White House | Black Market, Francesca’s, Yankee Candle, Man Cave, Apricot Lane, Orange Leaf, AT&T, Aroma Fragrance, Max’s Grille, Jos. A. Bank, Chico’s, Charming Charlie and Chase Bank.

I am looking forward for the opening already. In fact I happen to be a big fan of Beer Collection, I've been waiting for a long time for them to show up closer in our city. Well have some more beer options and I think that's awesome.
