Interactions, a leading global integrated sales and marketing programs developer, has appointed David Zierman as director of insights.
Based in San Diego, Zierman will lead the company’s market research efforts including managing primary data collected via Mystery Shopping, Customer Intercept Surveys, Web Based Surveys, electronic customer satisfaction surveys (bottom of the receipt surveys) and Retail Audits. He will be responsible for the organization’s P&L as well as business development and operations.
Zierman has more than 20 years of market research, sales, business leadership and client services to Interactions. Prior to joining Interactions, Zierman was director of insight solutions for QuestBack, a multi-national software-as-a-service and enterprise feedback management company that specializes in survey tools, custom panels and social Web research. At QuestBack, Zierman led sales and market research for the company’s technology, financial services and automotive clients.
In addition, Zierman has worked with Maritz Research, a subsidiary of Maritz and Cognito LLC, a qualitative market research firm. Throughout his career, Zierman has developed market research programs for leading CPG and technology brands, managing teams who executed on both quantitative and qualitative research projects and consulting engagements.
