Nordstrom and Nick do premium plush

Easter may be over but Nickelodeon and Nordstrom are hoping rabbit inspired merchandise continues to resonate with shoppers this spring.

The companies have introduced a new specialty plush toy line inspired by the Nickelodeon preschool series Peter Rabbit.  Along with the GUND plush, two brand-new books, “The Start of Spring and Peter” and “Friends Sticker Activity Book” published by Penguin will also be accessible to customers.  Peter Rabbit featured products will be available online and nationwide in nearly 100 Nordstrom stores in U.S. cities, including major markets such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Miami.

Ranging from $10 to $20, the plush products feature Peter Rabbit, Benjamin Bunny and Lily Bobtail that are said to be made of the finest fabrics with precise details.  The line includes 12” plush and 6” beanbags featuring all three series characters.
“We are thrilled to partner with Nordstrom again to bring specialty Peter Rabbit products to their guests,” said Dion Vlachos, SVP of retail sales and marketing with the Nickelodeon Group. “This program is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the characters from the series, allowing fans to bring their favorite products home.”
