Lynn Haven, Fla. Regency Centers, Jacksonville, Fla., announced that it has leased space to Paparazzi Pizza and Pasta for a 2,800-sq.-ft. space in Lynn Haven Shopping Center.

The Italian sit-down restaurant is slated to open in August.

The 63,871-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by a 44,271-sq.-ft. Publix supermarket along with retail shop space including Supercuts, Hallmark, Firehouse Subs, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and The UPS Store.
