Liberty Center will include a two-level, 180,000-sq.-ft. enclosed retail component at the west end of the site. Bracketed by Dillard’s and CineBistro, Liberty’s inline retail will look across to three parks and several retail and restaurant pavilions. Tree-lined pedestrian walkways will bisect the site. A park on the eastern side of the site will actually be positioned within the enclosed mall space. An area called The Square will anchor the west end of the site with sculptures, a grand fountain and an expanse of lawn sloping toward an outdoor band shell for concerts and other events.
