Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina selects Micros enterprise platform

Charlotte, N.C. -- Salsarita's Fresh Cantina, a Mexican fast casual concept, has selected Micros Simphony Enterprise Solution for all corporate locations. In conjunction with Simphony POS, Salsarita's is deploying Micros Simphony's Reporting, Labor, Inventory, Loyalty, and Online Ordering modules.

The solution is hosted in the Micros Data Center. After a year-long evaluation process, Salsarita's selected Micros Simphony due to its cloud platform.  With a single centralized database, Salsarita's will benefit from standardization across all locations, as well as enterprise management of the database and a single-source solution for loyalty, gift, customer relationship management, inventory management, online ordering, and labor management.

Simphony is built upon a web services architecture and offers a complete set of reporting, auditing, and analytics tools, Simphony is designed to deliver the information necessary to efficiently operate a business in real time.
