St. Louis, Schnuck Markets’ 17-year CEO Craig Schnuck has been replaced by his brother Scott. Craig will remain chairman of the board for an undetermined period of time, when Scott will then take over as chairman and Craig will move to his new position as chairman of the executive committee.
A third brother, Todd, formerly CFO, is now executive VP. The Schnuck family expects he will eventually become chief executive.
