Denver Qdoba Mexican Grill said Tuesday that its franchisee and area developer Dakota/Nebraska Fresh-Mex LLC has partnered with Mocapay to deploy its mobile marketing platform to Qdoba customers in Nebraska.
Using Mocapay's patented software-based service, Qdoba will provide customers with notifications about promotional offers and restaurant news in real-time. In addition, Qdoba will provide its Nebraska customers with information from the local high schools and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, via the mobile device.
Leveraging the new customer mobile marketing strategy, Qdoba will be able to reach customers 24/7 through push notifications to retain and grow customers and evangelize the brand. The Mocapay experience will enable Qdoba to deliver targeted messages regionally in Nebraska, or even to one specific store to engage customers with Qdoba.
"We chose Mocapay because of the breadth of the platform, as well as the ability to get up and running quickly,” said Ken Friednash, president of Dakota/Nebraska Fresh-Mex, LLC. “We are excited to launch this innovative rollout and we believe our customers will enjoy interacting with us in a new and exciting way."
The Mocapay experience will be available for consumers at Qdoba locations in Omaha, Papillion and Lincoln, Neb.
