Indianapolis Value apparel retailer Dots has selected the MID Retail’s Advanced Allocation and Planning Systems to forecast and distribute women's apparel and accessories to all its store locations.
Dots performed an extensive software evaluation for its allocation needs and selected MID Retail over several other vendors primarily for its robust functionality, proven technology and integrated approach, according to MID.
"MID's system capabilities align perfectly with Dots allocation needs," states Tiina Kaljot, divisional VP planning and allocation, Dots, which operates more than 400 stores. "A critical key to our success is the ability to control store inventory down to the detail of size level. Dots is excited about our partnership with MID."
