Scottsdale, Ariz. De Rito Partners Development said Thursday it is performing an exterior facelift on its Scottsdale Pavilions shopping center as well as overhauling the marketing elements for the property.
The center has launched a new branding campaign, “Rediscover Scottsdale Pavilions,” which includes a new Web site, marketing materials and graphics.
De Rito said it is securing a state-of-the-art movie theater component, in addition to new restaurant, retail and hotel concepts. Ownership recently secured deals with Bank of America for a new branch facility and Comfort Suites hotel to develop a 120-room hotel.
The end result of the Scottsdale Pavilions redevelopment efforts, said De Rito, is to open the new retail and restaurant concepts in conjunction with the 2010 opening of a new 450-room Talking Stick Resort and the 2011 opening of the $100 million Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training Facility.
