Washington center lands five retailers

Vancouver, Wash. Pine Tree Commercial Realty announced it has signed five new retailers to its Hazel Dell Towne Center in Vancouver, Wash.
Lane Bryant has leased 5,000 sq. ft. in the 400,000-sq.-ft. power center, joined by America’s Best Optical, CitiFinancial, Max Muscle and Balasana Yoga Studios.
Pine Tree Commercial Realty co-owns the center with Henderson Global Investors. Anchors include Kohl’s, Best Buy, Office Depot and Petco.
