TCBY’s (the Country’s Best Yogurt) new self-serve model, unveiled in Salt Lake City, is designed to convey a healthy, vibrant and youthful image. The minimalist store design is clean and modern, with a bright color palette. Upon entering the store, customers are greeted by 10 to 15 soft-serve machines boasting a variety of frozen yogurt options, as well as sorbet. After choosing their favorite flavors, customers can select from an extensive toppings bar. Pricing is done by weight.
