Adobe releases new personalization solution

San Jose, Calif. – Adobe is releasing Adobe Target Premium, a new personalization solution that leverages predictive technology to deliver automated decisioning. Adobe Target Premium is part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Some of the new features include:

  • Enhanced Automated Decisions: enables organizations to launch automated campaigns with a few clicks, driving gains in engagement, conversion and revenue.
  • Deeper Audience Targeting: Adobe Target is now integrated with Adobe Analytics to leverage behavioral data that builds a Master Marketing Profile that assists in automated decisions, deeper audience targeting, mobile, reporting analytics, marketer workflow, and services.
  • More Powerful Reporting: with the Adobe Analytics data, this creates an automatic, two-way feed between optimization activities and marketing analytics.

dd’s Discounts to open in Hallandale, Fla.

Dublin, Calif. — dd’s Discounts, a division of Ross Stores, will open its 23rd new store in Florida on June 28 in the Hallandale Shopping Center in Hallandale Beach, Florida. When this store opens, dd’s Discounts will operate more than 140 locations in 12 states. The retailer is on schedule to complete its expansion plan to open approximately 20 locations in 2014.

Together, Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts currently operate more than 1,300 off-price apparel and home fashion stores in 33 states, the District of Columbia and Guan.

Planet Fitness leases Paterson, N.J., lease

Paterson, N.J. — Planet Fitness will open an 18,000-sq.-ft. facility at 100 Hamilton Plaza in Paterson, New Jersey, the facility will occupy the first-floor retail space in the 175,000-sq.-ft. downtown office tower.

Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, N.J., office represented the building’s owner, Mountain Development Corp. in the transaction. Ripco Real Estate represented the Planet Fitness franchisee, who operates several other regional locations.

Previously occupied by TD Bank, the space was marketed as a 12,200-sq.-ft. availability. While Planet Fitness was attracted to the building, it needed a larger footprint. Cushman & Wakefield worked with Mountain Development Corp. to expand the square footage. By incorporating hallways and surplus storage space, they added 6,000 sq. ft. and satisfied Planet Fitness’s requirements.

The Planet Fitness space currently is under renovation. The health club is expected to open this summer.
