A&G Realty brings on two partners
Melville, N.Y. — Commercial real estate consulting, advisory and investment group A&G Realty Partners announced that Peter Lynch and Andrew Margolick have joined the firm as partners.
Lynch joins A&G from DJM Realty, where he was a principal and senior managing director, and Margolick was president of his own firm, ARM Consulting, as well as a former VP at Hilco Real Estate.
Prior to his tenure at DJM Realty, Lynch was president, COO and CFO for numerous specialty retail, big-box, outlet and department stores in both publicly traded and venture capital-based companies that include Babystyle, Warner Bros. Studio Stores, Baby Guess Kids, STØR (a division of Ikea) and Emporium Department Store.
Margolick has represented such companies as A&P, Zales, WorldCom, Bally, The Pantry, Oakley, Panda Express, Mikasa, J. Jill, Select Comfort, Papyrus, and Anchor Blue.
Three new tenants join Polo Club Shoppes
Boca Raton, Fla. — Miami Beach, Fla.-based Terranova Corp. said that three new tenants will open at Polo Club Shoppes, a Publix-anchored center in Boca Raton, Fla.
Manhattan Joe’s Pizzeria will open a 753-sq.-ft. restaurant this fall; Blo and Go will open a 923-sq.-ft. salon this fall; and Hair Cuttery has opened a 1,400-sq.-ft. salon.
They join a line-up of stores that include Publix, Publix Apron’s Cooking School, Walgreens, Suntrust Bank, Brendy’s Yogurt and Ice Cream, as well as restaurants Josef’s Table and D.D. Flats.
Crazy 8 to open at Independence Mall
Wilmington, N.C. — Madison Marquette Retail Services, which leases and manages Independence Mall – in Wilmington, N.C. – on behalf of owner Centro Properties Group, said that Gymboree Corp.’s Crazy 8 brand will open a new store at the mall this fall.
The 2,465-sq.-ft. store will join Aeropostale, The Children’s Place, Gymboree and Justice in catering to Independence Mall’s teen, tween and children’s clothing shoppers.
