Behind the Mask Hockey Superstore opens at Pima Crossing

Scottsdale, Ariz. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said that it has leased retail space in Scottsdale, Ariz., at Pima Crossing to Behind the Mask Hockey Superstore.

The full-service hockey store has opened in a 4,000-sq.-ft. space, which is its largest store in Arizona. 

The 236,499-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Stein Mart and PGA Golf alongside national retailers such as Pier 1 Imports, Subway, The UPS Store, Massage Envy and Great Clips.

Red Mango extends real estate contract with Cassidy Turley

St. Louis Commercial real estate firm Cassidy Turley said that Red Mango has extended its service agreement with Cassidy Turley Corporate Services.

In 2009, Cassidy Turley developed and implemented a turn-key process for the yogurt chain’s store openings, which includes site selection, lease negotiation, design and construction management.

“After identifying initial challenges with growing our restaurant, we turned to Cassidy Turley to help assist us in reducing the overall cost of opening Red Mango stores,” said Greg Kaloustian, chief development officer of Red Mango.

Red Mango operates more than 70 stores in 17 states.

The Children’s Place to open at Lycoming Mall

Pennsdale, Pa. Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust said that The Children’s Place is set to open at Lycoming Mall, in Pennsdale, Pa., in late October.

The 4,222-sq.-ft. retailer will be located in the Macy’s Wing and will be Children’s Place’s first store in the region.
