Buffalo Grille to open at Weslayan Plaza
Houston Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Houston, at Weslayan Plaza to Buffalo Grille.
Buffalo Grille has leased 4,200 sq. ft., bringing the center to 100% leased. The tenant is slated to open in first quarter 2011.
Weslayan Plaza, at 355,656 sq. ft., is anchored by Randalls alongside national retailers such as Ross Dress for Less, Supercuts, Petco and Walgreens.
Red Mango extends real estate contract with Cassidy Turley
St. Louis Commercial real estate firm Cassidy Turley said that Red Mango has extended its service agreement with Cassidy Turley Corporate Services.
In 2009, Cassidy Turley developed and implemented a turn-key process for the yogurt chain’s store openings, which includes site selection, lease negotiation, design and construction management.
“After identifying initial challenges with growing our restaurant, we turned to Cassidy Turley to help assist us in reducing the overall cost of opening Red Mango stores,” said Greg Kaloustian, chief development officer of Red Mango.
Red Mango operates more than 70 stores in 17 states.
The Children’s Place to open at Lycoming Mall
Pennsdale, Pa. Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust said that The Children’s Place is set to open at Lycoming Mall, in Pennsdale, Pa., in late October.
The 4,222-sq.-ft. retailer will be located in the Macy’s Wing and will be Children’s Place’s first store in the region.
