Charming Charlie’s makes Massachusetts debut
Foxborough, Mass. — Houston-based women’s fashion accessories retailer Charming Charlie said it has opened its first Massachusetts location at Patriot Place in Foxborough, Mass.
The 9,000-sq.-ft. store, located in Patriot Place’s North Marketplace, is Charming Charlie’s entrée into the Northeast.
“We are very excited to be opening at Patriot Place,” said Patty Fadhouli, director of marketing for Charming Charlie. “We’ve received so many requests from Charming Charlie fans for a store in Massachusetts and we’re very happy to be able to satisfy that request.”
Patriot Place, located adjacent to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, features large and boutique retailers, 16 casual to high-end restaurants and other nightlife venues. Among the highlights of Patriot Place are the Northeast’s only Bass Pro Shops, a Showcase Cinema De Lux, a Showcase Live concert venue, a CBS Scene Restaurant & Bar, the Hall at Patriot Place presented by Raytheon, a Brigham & Women’s/Mass General Health Care Facility and the four-star Renaissance Hotel & Spa at Patriot Place.
Stir Crazy Asian Grill to open at Shops of Southlake
Southlake, Texas — Flat Out Crazy Restaurant Group said it has leased 6,012 sq. ft. of space in Shops of Southlake, a specialty shopping center located in Southlake, Texas, for its Stir Crazy Fresh Asian Grill concept.
This will be the second location to open in Texas.
The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive retail leasing agents for Shops of Southlake.
Stir Crazy joins a tenant lineup that includes Central Market, Nordstrom Rack, DSW, Pier 1, Learning Express, Coal Vines and many more. Shops of Southlake is managed by Cencor Realty Services.
Smoke Tree Village announces five new restaurants
Palm Springs, Calif. — Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Donahue Schriber announced that five new restaurants will be opening at is Smoke Tree Village shopping center, located in Palm Springs, Calif.
The Ralphs Fresh Fare-anchored shopping center will now feature Twisted Bistro, Giuseppe’s Pizza and Pasta, Teriyaki Yogi, Pho 533 and Hedi’s Café Paris.
The 89,810-sq.-ft. Smoke Tree Village is owned by Donahue Schriber.
