Cinnabon opens at Moorestown Mall

Moorestown, N.J. — Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust said that Cinnabon has opened a 210-sq.-ft. kiosk at Moorestown Mall, located in Moorestown, N.J.

Cinnabon opened at Moorestown Mall on the heels of Books for Less, while Play N Trade and Nailery are set to open at the mall this summer.

Moorestown Mall is a 1 million-sq.-ft. enclosed regional shopping mall anchored by Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, Sears and Boscov’s. The center features more than 120 specialty retailers including Aéropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, Eastern Mountain Sports, Express, GAP, Hollister Co., New York & Co., Victoria’s Secret and Zumiez. Dining and entertainment options include Chipotle Mexican Grill, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Elevation Burger, PBandU, a 12-unit Food Court, and the Regal Moorestown Mall Stadium 12 & Regal Premium Experience is opening in spring 2013. The 56,000-sq.-ft., 12-screen movie theatre will be the first RPX in the market.

Harris Teeter to make Goldsboro market debut

Goldsboro, N.C. — Casto announced that Harris Teeter will open a 53,000-sq.-ft. store at Memorial Commons, located in Goldsboro, N.C. It is the grocer’s first store in the market.

Harris Teeter is slated to open late 2013, and will join Office Depot, Subway, Starbucks and T-Mobile.

Memorial Commons, a joint venture of Casto and 1st Carolina Properties, is a new neighborhood center located at the gateway to Wayne Memorial Hospital and Wayne County Community College.

Not its first debut
I'm sorry but I used to work at Harris Teeter in Goldsboro back in 1989 before they closed the store. It used to be on Ash St where there is now a Food Lion store. I loved working for them back then and I was sad to see them go so I'm glad they have decided to come back!

Bahama Breeze to open first unit in Virginia

Woodbridge, Va. — Island-inspired restaurateur Bahama Breeze will make its Virginia debut with a freestanding location at Potomac Mills, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in Virginia.

The new location will be adjacent to The Cheesecake Factory and a first-in-market Bobby’s Burger Palace opening this November in a new plaza to be developed on the south side of Potomac Mills.

The trio of freestanding restaurants will open adjacent to Potomac Mills’ main entrance between AMC Potomac Mills 18 Theatres & Imax and Costco.

Potomac Mills features Bloomingdale’s – The Outlet Store, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, True Religion Outlet, Michael Kors Outlet, Talbots Outlet, Tommy Bahama Outlet, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, J.Crew Factory and Ann Taylor Factory Store. It is a Mills/Simon brand.
