Cullinan names senior real estate representative
Peoria, Ill. — Cullinan Properties has named Patty Kueneke senior real estate representative. She will lease and sell existing and newly developed properties including the Streets of St. Charles in the St. Louis metro area and the Shoppes at River Hill in Topeka, Kan.
Kueneke comes to Cullinan from Solon Gershman where she served as VP and senior leasing broker and worked with tenants such as Dunn Bros. Coffee, CCA Global Inc., Floor Trader, Advance Carpet One, Krispy Kreme and British Petroleum.
Fashion house ‘Len’ renews at Minneapolis City Center
Minneapolis — Twin Cities’ fashion retailer “Len” has renewed its lease at Minneapolis City Center with a seven-year commitment. The existing 7,196-sq.-ft. store is the retailer’s only downtown location following the consolidation of several brands and stores over the last six months. The chain operates five more locations in Minnesota and one in Illinois.
Minneapolis City Center is the two-story retail portion of a 1.6 million mixed-use property owned by Shorenstein Properties LLC.
Alameda, Calif., center welcomes two eateries
Alameda, Calif. — Bagel Street Café and The Best Lil’ Porkhouse have signed into South Shore Center on the waterfront in Alameda, Calif. Jamestown, a national real estate investment and management firm, owns the center.
Bagel Street Café has signed a 10-year lease for 2,323 sq. ft. and plans to open this summer. SRS Real Estate Partners represented Bagel Street.
The Best Lil’ Porkhouse signed a 10-year lease for 3,639 sq. ft.
Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank, the exclusive leasing agent for the 594,000-sq.-ft. South Shore Center, represented Jamestown, in the transaction.
