Developers Diversified announces team members
Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty Corp. said Wednesday it has appointed four new team members to key leasing and management positions.
Michele Del Monaco has been named regional leasing manager and will be located in the company’s Atlanta office.
Ann Meyer will serve as general manager of Village at Stone Oak, a 635,000-sq.-ft. hybrid shopping center in San Antonio, Texas.
Shawn Conti has been named leasing manager for the southern region. He will work from the Tampa, Fla., office.
Todd A. Hamula will serve as the company’s training and employee development director. In his new role he will be responsible for the design and implementation of employee training and development programs across the company. Hamula previously served as development director in the company’s development department.
Five Guys opens at The Morgan at Loyola Station
Chicago Developer McCaffery Interests said Five Guys Burgers and Fries opened its second location in the Chicago market on July 13 at The Morgan at Loyola Station, McCaffery Interests’ latest mixed-use development in partnership with Loyola University.
The 2,500-sq.-ft. restaurant is part of a 250-store chain that operates in 19 states.
The Morgan at Loyola Station opened on May 7, and features 152 apartments, 33,000 sq. ft. of retail and 195 parking spaces.
Five Guys joins CVS/pharmacy, which opened on July 12.
X Team announces partnership
Minneapolis X Team, an international alliance of retail real estate advisors, said Thursday it has teamed with Minneapolis-based Welsh Cos.
The new partnership will provide commercial real estate representation in and around the Twin Cities.
