Dick’s Sporting Goods announces store openings

Pittsburgh — Dick’s Sporting Goods will open a store in Conway, Ark., on Oct. 19. It will be the retailer’s second store in the state of Arkansas.

On Oct. 20, Dick’s will open a store in Hattiesburg, Miss. It will be the retailer’s fifth location in the state of Mississippi and its 469th nationwide.

Old Navy partners with Telemuno on web series

San Francisco — Old Navy has partnered with Telemundo to launch telenovela-style miniseries for the web.

The Spanish-language web novela, "Estilos Robados" (Stolen Styles), is a six part miniseries that launched last Friday, Oct. 14, and will air on Fridays through Nov. 18 on the "Estilos Robados" tab within Old Navy’s Facebook page and on Old Navy’s Spanish YouTube channel, as well as on Telemundo Movil.

As a special interactive twist, the audience will "choose her outfit, choose her fate" at the conclusion of each episode by voting on a favorite Old Navy look for the main character, Isabella Reyes, the company reported.

Cincinnati — FRCH Design Worldwide has launched a newly enhanced website, FRCH.com, that provides visitors with easier access to the company’s design portfolio and more information about FRCH services, as well as greater insight into FRCH’s creative process and personality.

The new site, designed by Openfield Creative in Cincinnati, has enhanced functionality for visitors to view FRCH’s project work and create a portfolio targeted to their company’s specific needs.

“The new FRCH site was created with our visitors in mind,” said Peggy Kennedy, VP marketing for FRCH. “We wanted to create a site where current and potential clients could not only view our portfolio and see first-hand how we customize projects, but also see how we balance work and play within the company.”

Designed with convenience in mind, visitors can easily navigate the site to view the company’s wide scope of work from wherever they are, using a computer tablet or mobile device.
