Dick’s Sporting Goods opens two New York stores
Dallas — SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Dick’s Sporting Goods has executed leases and opened stores with affiliates of Forest City Enterprises at two projects in Metro New York.
A 49,286-sq.-ft. Dick’s opened at Forest City Ratner’s Ridge Hill project in Yonkers, N.Y., anchoring the one million-sq.-ft. center.
A 35,685-sq.-ft. Dick’s also opened in Staten Island, in a freestanding location in front of Staten Island Mall.
Great Clips to open at Shoppes at Citrus Park
Tampa, Fla. — Orlando, Fla.-based Crossman & Co. said that it has negotiated a five-year lease at the Shoppes of Citrus Park, in Tampa, Fla.
Great Clips will open a 1,200-sq.-ft. shop at the Shoppes of Citrus Park.
HomeGoods to open at Southlake Corners
Southlake, Texas — Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust said that Inland Western Southlake Corners Limited Partnership, one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, signed a lease with HomeGoods to occupy a 28,098-sq.-ft. location at Southlake Corners in Southlake, Texas.
Southlake Corners is a 134,894-sq.-ft. center anchored by Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us, Staples and Casual Living.
