DLC Management names leasing representatives
Tarrytown, N.Y. — DLC Management Corp. announced that it has named two new members to its leasing team.
Fred Battisti, Jr. joined the company on Feb. 21 as a leasing representative in DLC’s Tarrytown, N.Y., headquarters. He is responsible for leasing several properties in the Midwest and Northeast regions, primarily focused on the Ohio area at this time.
Prior to joining DLC, Battisti was with The Cafaro Co. as a Commercial Leasing Representative.
Adam Greenberg joined DLC’s Mid-Atlantic leasing team on March 14. As a Leasing Representative in the company’s Towson, Md. office, he will be handling a portion of DLC’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio of shopping centers. Most recently he worked as a broker at The Velmeir Cos. where he managed site selection for new CVS Pharmacy stores.
Costco to anchor Frisco Trails Shopping Center
Frisco, Texas — The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group announced that Costco Wholesale Corp. will open a 148,000-sq.-ft. anchor store at Frisco Trails Shopping Center, located in Frisco, Texas.
Frisco Trails Shopping Center is being developed by Cencor Realty Services. The center currently features a Home Depot shadow anchor, and includes space for an additional anchor, as well as six available pad sites for freestanding retail and restaurant uses. Costco will also develop a fuel center on a pad site at Frisco Trails.
Costco broke ground in early April at Frisco Trails, with completion set for late September.
Frisco Trails Shopping Center is leased by Cencor’s brokerage affiliate, The Weitzman Group. Additionally, Cencor will manage the shopping center.
La Colombe Torrefaction to open third Manhattan location
New York City — Robert K. Futterman & Associates said that it has arranged a 1,500-sq.-ft. lease with La Colombe Torrefaction at 400 Lafayette Street, located in NoHo.
Scheduled to open in the summer, this will be the third New York City location for the coffee house.
