Earthbar signs into Glendale Galleria in May

Glendale, Calif. — The health juice café, Earthbar, has leased a 1,168-sq.-ft. location on the third level of Glendale Galleria. Earthbar offers a range of juices and cleansers, vitamins and supplements, shakes and healthy snacks.

In November 2013, Glendale Galleria celebrated its grand re-opening featuring its newest anchor tenant, Bloomingdale’s, as well as 30 new stores including: Giggles N’ Hugs, Bhindi Jewelers, Yoppi Yogurt, Martier, Porsche Design, Salon Dioro, Silver Jeans Co., Vilebrequin, Boarder Sports, ‘lette macarons, Original Penguin, Oro Gold, Carmen Steffens, Shasa, Brooks Shoes for Kids and BCBGMAXAZRIA.

Omaha Natural Grocers sells for $6.115 million

Omaha, Neb. — A private California buyer has purchased a 20,134-sq.-ft. Natural Grocers in Omaha, Nebraska. Mid-America Real Estate Corp. represented the seller, a private developer, in the transaction.

Ross Dress for Less, T.J.Maxx, Bed Bath and Beyond, Old Navy and Academy Sports anchor the 252,097-sq.-ft. center.
