Easton Town Center to add eight tenants
Columbus, Ohio — Easton Town Center co-developers have announced that they will add eight new tenants to the development by August. The new tenants include:
- Janie and Jack, clothing for babies and toddlers
- The Art of Shaving
- Swim’n Sport swimwear
- Paper Source stationery
- Zales Jewelers
- See’s Candies
- Free People women’s clothing
- Styleout Bar, a salon
This announcement follows the opening of 16 new stores over the past month.
RKF arranges sale of mixed-use Bowery property
New York — RKF has arranged the $9.25 million sale of a 6,800-sq.-ft. mixed-use building in Manhattan’s Bowery neighborhood. RKF represented the seller, 325 Bowery Development LLC, and the buyer, Atlas Bowery LLC, an affiliate of Atlas Capital Group.
Constructed in 1990, the building consists of retail and loft-style residential space on four floors above a basement and sub-basement. Peels NYC café occupies the ground floor.
Cheesesteak, financial tenants to Centre Plaza
Bensalem, Pa. — Philly It Cheesesteaks and MGM Financial Strategies Inc. have signed leases at the 43,550-sq.-ft. Centre Plaza in Bensalem, Pa., according to Levin Management Corp.
Philly It Cheesesteaks opened a 1,700-sq.-ft. in the spring, while MGM Financial Strategies Inc. will follow with a 1,700-sq.-ft. opening this summer or fall.
Centre Plaza serves a population of 270,000 within a five-mile radius, and the daily traffic count is about 27,000 vehicles. Average household income exceeds $67,000.
