Emporio Armani, Giorgio Armani, Stuart Weitzman join Mall at Short Hills
Short Hills, N.J. — Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Taubman Centers said that five fashion and accessory boutiques will join its Mall at Short Hills property in Short Hills, N.J.
Emporio Armani, Giorgio Armani, Stuart Weitzman, Thomas Pink and Tourbillon are opening this fall in the luxury center, with four out of the five making their New Jersey debut.
Emporio Armani opened this fall, as did Giorgio Armani and Stuart Weitzman. British shirt maker Thomas Pink will open this fall on the upper level near Saks Fifth Avenue, and Tourbillon will also open this fall with a luxury timepiece boutique.
The Mall at Short Hills is anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue.
ShopRite of West Milford gets planning board nod
West Milford, N.J. — Inserra Supermarkets has been granted final site plan approval for the renovation and expansion of West Milford Shopping Center, which includes a 65,925-sq.-ft. ShopRite.
The 100,000+-sq.-ft. retail center’s tenant roster includes Wells Fargo Bank, Rite Aid, Frank’s Pizza and Just a Buck, and adjoins a free-standing McDonald’s restaurant.
The shopping center will undergo extensive landscaping, lighting, and parking lot improvements. The ShopRite store will be expanded and remodeled and remain open during all renovations.

Jones Lang LaSalle to lease and manage Houston County Galleria
Centerville, Ga. — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Gemini Real Estate Advisors has awarded the firm the leasing and management of Houston County Galleria, a 483,893-sq.-ft. regional shopping center located in Centerville, Ga., and anchored by Belk, J.C. Penney and Sears.
Jana Reeves will continue on as the center’s general manager, said Jones Lang LaSalle.
