Fiesta taps AMTdirect’s real estate management expertise

Charlotte, N.C. — Fiesta Restaurant Group has selected the AMTdirect software platform to manage its portfolio of more than 300 company-owned and franchised locations in the U.S. and Latin America.

AMTdirect’s integrated platform will streamline processes, consolidate real estate data across the business and provide Fiesta with a 360-degree view of its entire portfolio.

The parent company of the Pollo Tropical and Taco Cabana casual restaurant brands, Fiesta spun off from Carrolls Restaurant Group in 2012.

Rite Aid chooses AMTdirect’s real estate management solution

Charlotte, N.C. — Rite Aid Corporation has selected AMTdirect’s real estate software solution to manage its portfolio of more than 5,800 locations. AMTdirect’s integrated platform will help Rite Aid define and implement its real estate strategy by consolidating data, streamlining key business processes and informing decision-makers at all levels.

Rite Aid’s goal was to find a software solution with accounting and reporting tools that could address all phases of the real estate lifecycle and manage information in a way that was accessible and intuitive.

Village on Pooler Parkway nets seven new retailers

Pooler, Ga. — With the addition of seven new leases, GBT Realty Corporation’s Village on Pooler Parkway is 95% leased months before its scheduled opening in the first quarter of next year. Anchored by T.J.Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels and PetSmart, the 143,000-sq.-ft. development has now added Kirkland’s, Hibbett Sports, Visionworks, Legacy Nails, Sprint, GNC and Kay Jewelers to the mix.

In addition to the retailers, several restaurants will open in the development. Panera Bread will feature a drive-thru, the first of Panera’s new prototype design in the market. Logan’s Roadhouse and McDonald’s are already open, and the Olive Garden opens next week.

The remaining space includes a 4,000-sq.-ft. to 5,000-sq.-ft. pad building featuring a large patio.
