Five new tenants to open at Paster centers in the Twin Cities

St. Paul, Minn. — Paster Enterprises said that five new tenants have been secured at the company’s projects throughout the area. New tenants include Furniture CLW, No Box TVs, Chickadee’s House, Anytime Fitness and Wilson’s Leather Outlet.

In Crystal Shopping Center, a 370,000-sq.-ft. community center, Wilson’s Leather Outlet will open a 3,171-sq.-ft. store. In Lexington Plaza Shoppes, a 26,747-sq.-ft. neighborhood center, Chickadee’s House will open a 1,332-sq.-ft. bird enthusiast store.

At Sibley Plaza, a 95,570-sq.-ft. community center, Furniture CLW will open a 3,500-sq.-ft. home goods store and No Box TVs will open a 3,390-sq.-ft. television and electronics store. At Southview Center, a 55,660-sq.-ft. neighborhood shopping center, Anytime Fitness will open a 4,000-sq.-ft. fitness facility.

Bond No. 9 to open in Meatpacking District

New York City — Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group said that it has arranged another location for Bond No. 9, this time in Meatpacking at 863 Washington Street, between 13th and 14th Streets, near the edge of the High Line.

The new store represents the fifth New York City location orchestrated by Prudential Douglas Elliman for the fragrance retailer.

Grubb & Ellis names project manager

Chicago — Grubb & Ellis Co. announced that Thomas M. Erdelac, AIA, a 24-year commercial real estate veteran, has joined the company as senior project manager.

Erdelac was most recently a principal with VOA Associates.
