Fresh & Easy director leaves company
El Segundo, Calif. Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market has announced that Jim Jensen, the chain’s director of fresh foods, has left the company.
A successor has not yet been named.
Jensen had held the post since mid-2008, when he was promoted from his position as category manager for bakery.
Walgreens announces exec promotions
Deerfield, Ill. Walgreens said Friday it has promoted three executives, effectively immediately.
The company promoted Kermit R. Crawford from senior VP to executive VP pharmacy services. Dana I. Green has also been promoted from senior VP to executive VP and general counsel. In addition, Colin F. Watts, divisional VP innovation and new product development, has been promoted to a corporate VP.
RHYS Commercial appoints senior VP retail leasing
Stamford, Conn. RHYS Commercial has hired Jason Wuchiski as a senior VP in its Retail Leasing division and a member of its management committee.
In his new post, Wuchiski will be focused on representing both retailers and landlords throughout the tri-state marketplace. He was formerly a retail brokerage specialist at FirstService Williams.
Some of his current clients include Advance Auto Parts, AT&T Mobility, Five Guys Famous Burgers & Fries, Panera Bread, Massage Envy, SBC Restaurants, and landlords such as Gatto Development, The HB Nitkin Group and Phoenix Realty Management.
Wuchiski, 31, has closed in excess of $120 million in transactions since launching his commercial real estate career over seven years ago. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business communication from Fairfield University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
