Haven Riverfront to open at Edgewater Harbor
Edgewater, N.J. — North Plainfield, N.J.-based Levin Management Corp. said that Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar will open a 6,500-sq.-ft. location at Edgewater Harbor, in Edgewater, N.J.
The new restaurant, opening in June, becomes the latest eatery to join the dining component at the mixed-use development on Hudson County’s Gold Coast, according to Levin, the exclusive retail leasing agent for the property.
A project of National RE/sources, Edgewater Harbor sits on the 21-acre former Unilever R&D campus. At build-out, Edgewater Harbor will include 480 high-end loft and apartment residences and a 1,900-ft. river walk along the Hudson. The property’s first two residential buildings feature ground-level retail space along the project’s Main Street.
Edgewater Harbor’s 100,000-sq.-ft. retail component is already tenanted by CVS Pharmacy and Beach Bum Tanning. Tenants opening include HomeGoods, Great Clips, Floris Nails & Spa and European Wax Center. Food-related tenants include Moe’s Southwest Grill and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
EWB Development names former Coach exec as partner
Essex, Vt. — EWB Development announced the appointment of Daniel J. Cochran as a new partner and the head of the new Tenant Representation division at EWB.
Cochran’s 25-year retail and outlet background includes Phillips Van Heusen – where he was SVP of real estate and legal – and Coach, where he served as SVP of real estate and construction.
As a partner at EWB Development, Cochran will head the new division dedicated to Tenant Representation, and will be involved in strategic consultation, site selection and evaluation, leasing, management and development.
