Hell’s Kitchen’s Island Burger to open its second location on Upper West Side
New York City — Winick Realty Group announced that Island Burgers & Shakes, the 15-year-old burger restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, has signed a lease for its second Manhattan location at 422 Amsterdam Avenue, between 80th and 81st Streets on the Upper West Side.
Island Burgers & Shakes will occupy 700 sq. ft. of ground-floor space, as well as a 500-sq.-ft. basement, when it opens later this year.
The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. opens at The Centre at Preston Ridge
Frisco, Texas — New York City-based Centro Properties Group said that The Foundry Big & Tall Supply Co. has opened at Preston Ridge, located in Frisco, Texas.
The 5,000-sq.-ft. store is part of the new Growth Brands Division at J.C. Penney Co.
Preston Ridge is owned by Centro.
Fameco opens Philadelphia office
Plymouth Meeting, Pa. — Fameco Real Estate announced that it is opening an office in center city Philadelphia to better accommodate the growth of its clientele in the market.
Fameco said it will be fully operational in the center city office at 1425 Walnut Street in early June. Fameco partners Jeffrey Cohen, Brandon Famous and Rick Schuch will spearhead this new initiative. Together they said they are aggressively expanding the portfolio of high-profile leasing assignments while simultaneously growing the stable of center city retailers Fameco represents.
