Jacksonville Running Co. to open at Bartram Park
Jacksonville, Fla. — Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Jacksonville, Fla., at Shoppes at Bartram Park to Jacksonville Running Co.
Specializing in the sale of running footwear and apparel, Jacksonville Running Co. has leased 1,600 sq. ft., bringing the center to 94% leased.
The tenant is slated to open for business in the spring.
The 119,376-sq.-ft. shopping center is anchored by Publix alongside The UPS Store, Massage Envy, Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Panera Bread.
Area marketing director named for two Mills properties
Ontario, Calif. — Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group announced that Masa Liles has joined The Mills, a Simon Co., as area director of marketing for Ontario Mills, California’s largest outlet and value retail shopping destination, and The Block at Orange, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination in southern California.
Based at Ontario Mills, Liles will be responsible for managing strategic marketing, advertising and public relations programs, executing special events and coordinating retailer and community relations. She will also play a role in local and national sponsorship development and drive tourism, promoting Ontario Mills and The Block at Orange as premiere shopping destinations.
Mulberry to debut in SoHo
New York City — Robert K. Futterman & Associates said it has arranged a long-term, 10,700-sq.-ft. lease with Mulberry at 134 Spring St., between Greene and Wooster Streets in SoHo.
The store will serve as the British lifestyle brand’s flagship location in New York City and will be its third store in Manhattan. Scheduled to open in the summer, Mulberry will occupy 5,700 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail and 5,000 on the lower level and will sell ready-to-wear in addition to accessories.
Chanel recently occupied the space while its permanent location at 139 Spring St. underwent renovations, and The Rug Co. has a retail space at the property as well.
