Jennifer Convertibles opening two Ashley FurnitureHome Stores in N.Y.
Jennifer Convertibles announced Monday that it has signed leases to open two additional Ashley Furniture HomeStores in New York, with one in Elmhurst, Queens, and the other in Farmingdale.
Commenting on the new store locations, Harley J. Greenfield, CEO said: “Our Ashley division has been continuing to grow, producing about 15% of our revenue during our last fiscal quarter with increased profitability. By adding additional locations in the same geographical area, we expect to achieve economies of scale in all areas of our Ashley Furniture HomeStore model.”
Legacy Place officially opens
WS Development and co-developer National Amusements Aug. 27 that its 675,000-sq.-ft. open-air shopping center Legacy Place, in Dedham, Mass., has officially opened.
The center is 93% leased and anchored by Whole Foods Market, L.L. Bean, Showcase Cinema de Lux, Borders and Kings.
On Aug. 28, Showcase Cinema de Lux officially opened. Showcase Cinema de Lux is National Amusements’ newest brand, providing guests an enhanced level of luxury and comfort.
In addition to Showcase Cinema de Lux, several major specialty stores are opening this week at Legacy Place, including Apple, Au Bon Pain, Clarks, Johnston & Murphy, Merrell, Oakley and Pandora jewelry.
IHOP inks space at WSFS Fairfax Center
Wilmington, Del. Patterson-Woods & Associates, LLC/CORFAC International said Thursday they recently completed a 5,000-sq.-ft. lease with the International House of Pancakes at the WSFS Fairfax Center in Wilmington, Del.
The WSFS Fairfax Center includes a bank, dentist as well as additional retail and office space.
