JoS. A. Bank CEO to Retire
Hampstead, Md. JoS. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. said Friday CEO Robert Wildrick will retire and become chairman of the board, effective Dec. 21.
R. Neal Black, who will also remain president, will replace him. He has been chief merchandising officer since 2000. Andrew A. Giordano, will become chairman emeritus and remain lead independent director.
Cost Plus Appoints Former Tweens Exec to Board
Oakland, Calif. Cost Plus Inc. said Thursday that the former president of teen retailer Tween Brands Inc. has been appointed to its board of directors.
Kenneth T. Stevens, who was also the COO of Tween Brands before resigning in June, will serve on the board until the company’s annual meeting next summer.
Public Storage Appoints COO
Denver Public Storage Inc., which operates self-storage facilities, has hired Mark Good, a former executive with Sears Holdings Corp., as COO. Good, who also was named a senior VP, had been executive VP and general manager of the company’s Sears Home Services.
His appointment comes as Public Service revamped its management structure after John E. Graul, president of self-storage operations, prepares to retire on Dec. 31.
