Morris-Floyd acquires Amarillo’s Wolflin Village
New York — Morris-Floyd Capital Partners has acquired the 159,861-sq.-ft. Wolflin Village shopping center in Amarillo, Texas. Anchored by Talbot’s, Office Depot and Shepler’s Boots’n Jeans, the center ranks as Morris-Floyd’s ninth acquisition. CBRE represented the seller, Dunhill Partners, which acquired the property in 2009 from Weingarten Realty Investors www.weingarten.com.
The center is 97% leased

Moorestown Mall signs Distrito by Iron Chef Jose Garces
Philadelphia — Distrito, a Garces Group restaurant, has leased a 7,500-sq.-ft. space at the Moorestown Mall in Moorestown, N.J., according to the mall’s owner Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust.
James Beard Award-winning chef and one of only a few chefs in the country designated an Iron Chef, Jose Garces owns and operates more than a dozen restaurants in five states.
Distrito will open next year, joining chef Marc Vetri’s Osteria and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, both of which plan to open in time for Holiday 2013.
Consolo, Aquino arrange Boyoung Kim debut store
New York — Korean fashion designer Boyoung Kim will open her first dedicated boutique on Columbus Avenue, said Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive VP of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group.
Consolo and Aquino arranged the lease as part of the continuing repositioning of the block front encompassing 410 Columbus Avenue. The pair exclusively represent the landlord, Orleans Realty for the demi block-front, which encompasses five contiguous stores between 78th and 79th Streets, across from the American Museum of Natural History.
