New tenant to open at Four Corners Shopping Center

Tomball, Texas — Houston-based Baker Katz, an X Team International partner, announced that Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is the newest tenant to sign a lease at Four Corners Shopping Center in Tomball, Texas. Spec’s will open a 22,000-sq.-ft. store.

The shopping center is currently undergoing major renovations, with an anticipated completion of fourth quarter 2012. Exterior renovations include a completely new façade along with stonework and extensive landscaping, as well as improvements to increase site access and traffic flow from FM 2920 and SH 249.

Panera Bread to open at Westport Plaza

Westport, Conn. — Charter Realty & Development said that it has arranged a 4,800-sq.-ft. lease for Panera Bread located in the Westport Plaza in Westport, Conn.

The shopping center is anchored by Home Goods, Walgreens and Pet Supplies Plus. The deal was co-broked by RHYS commercial of Stamford.

In order to make room for Panera, Stride Rite and a nail salon will be relocated.

SRS Real Estate to represent Shopko in property disposition

Dallas — SRS Real Estate Partners has been selected to represent Shopko in the disposition of its outlot properties and vacant properties in 19 states across the Midwest and western United States.

The outlots range in size from 14,000 sq. ft. to 219,000 sq. ft., and the vacant properties range in size from 18,700-sq.-ft. retail locations to a 214,000-sq.-ft. industrial property.
