Overstock.com launches consumer information portal

BY Staff Writer

Salt Lake City — Overstock.com on Tuesday announced the launch of a new consumer information portal: O.info. The website features blogs, reviews and buying guides to provide pre-purchasing information to consumers.

“The site features unique customer reviews with insights into the appearance, function and fit of a product,” Overstock.com chairman and CEO Patrick M. Byrne said. “Each product has an overall rating, as well as individual user ratings to help make the shopping experience easier for consumers, particularly when deciding among similar products.”

Along with consumer goods, O.info contains in-depth information on cars, travel, insurance and business products.

The O.info domain was acquired in September 2011 from Afilias Limited, the official .info domain registry.

What kind of hosting have you
What kind of hosting have you got? The optimization software agreement isn't public I guess, so, we won't be aware of the possible articles that will interest us. Anyway, I just heard about the private cloud hosting and everybody seems to be very pleased with the product, so I think I would like to use it in the close future.
