Paster announces new Twin Cities tenants
St. Paul, Minn. Paster Enterprises said Wednesday that three new tenants — 7th Street Wireless, Panda Wok and Right Fit Running — have joined the company’s projects throughout metro Minneapolis.
7th Street Wireless recently opened a 1,400-sq.-ft. mobile-phone store and repair center at Sibley Plaza in St. Paul, Minn. It is the retailer’s second Twin Cities location.
Panda Wok will open a 1,348-sq.-ft. Chinese restaurant at Central Plaza shopping center in Minneapolis on Dec. 1.
Right Fit Running will join Moundsview Square this November in a 2,213-sq.-ft. location.
NAI Global names exec
Princeton, N.J. NAI Global announced Monday that it has promoted Shawn Stumbaugh to executive VP, information systems and chief technology officer.
In his expanded role, Stumbaugh will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of NAI Global’s information systems technology, as well as managing the operations of NAI’s Information Services Group.
Stumbaugh was previously senior VP, information services.
Charter Realty retained to lease Apple Valley shopping center
Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Charter Realty & Development Corp. announced Monday it has been retained by Katz Properties to lease the Apple Valley Shopping Center located in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
The recently renovated, 55,503-sq.-ft. shopping center features Walgreens, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Mahopac National Bank and Subway.
