The Town Center of Virginia Beach is the heart of a new, mixed-use Main Street-style development and is the home of the city’s cultural, business and retail activities. Spanning more than 17 city blocks, The Town Center provides a mix of upscale retail, luxury residential, Class A offices, business-class hotels, an array of restaurants, a new 40-story deluxe Westin Hotel and Residences along with The Sandler Center for Performing Arts.
Armada Hoffler Tower and The Westin, landmarks in the region, are visible throughout Hampton Roads and are the tallest buildings in Virginia. At full capacity, The Town Center will have a living and working population of more than 24,000. The Town Center offers more than 3,200 free public parking spaces in several covered garages, surface lots and on-street. Patrons enjoy free concerts and entertainment from the spacious, tree-shaded fountain plaza and many overlooking sidewalk cafes.
This conveniently located project in Asheville, N.C., off Interstate 26 in the Blue Ridge Mountains, is a wonderful, energetic mix of housing options, a variety of restaurants, entertaining retail lineup, hotel and office space in a compact, walkable environment. Shoppers will love the vibrancy of residences above shops and the great sense of scale evoked by a landscaped, green esplanade running from the YMCA to the theater as well as hardscaped outdoor-dining plazas.
Residents will enjoy working out at the YMCA, walking home to unwind, then deciding whether to head downstairs to peruse the books at Barnes & Noble, have dinner at P.F. Chang’s, or stroll to the movies. All of Asheville will revel in this combination of retail and restaurants, several of which are new to the market.
