Ramsey acquires part of Palm Springs Marketplace
Palm Springs, Calif. — La Jolla, Calif.-based Ramsey Real Estate Group announced that it has acquired a 10,550-sq.-ft. building that is a portion of Palm Springs Marketplace in Palm Springs, Calif.
The acquisition was made by Ramsey Real Estate Group’s The Shops at Palm Springs Marketplace, LP. The firm paid $1.15 million for the property.
Palm Springs Marketplace is a Stater Bros.-anchored community shopping center with a tenant mix of Arco, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, AutoZone, Dollar Tree, Dairy Queen and Kaiser Permanente.
Previously the building was occupied by Hollywood Video and Domino’s Pizza. Ramsey Real Estate Group will renovate this property to create The Shops at Palm Springs Marketplace.
A trio of new tenants opens at Shops at Greenridge
Greenville, S.C. — Charlotte, N.C.-based Crosland said Wednesday that three new retailers have opened at The Shops at Greenridge, in Greenville, S.C.
Relax the Back opened a 2,363-sq.-ft. store adjacent to P.F. Chang’s, Polished opened a 1,581-sq.-ft. nail studio, and buybuy Baby opened a 28,978-sq.-ft. anchor store in September.
Jo-Ann Fabrics opens at Austin Town Center
Austin, Minn. — Centro Properties Group said Tuesday that Jo-Ann Fabrics & Crafts has opened a 15,000-sq.-ft. store at Austin Town Center, in Austin, Minn.
Austin Town Center is owned by Centro Properties Group, based in New York City.
