Red Mango to open new New Jersey outlet
Hoboken, N.J. — Metro Commercial Real Estate said that it has negotiated a 1,350-sq.-ft. lease in downtown Hoboken, N.J., for frozen yogurt purveyor Red Mango.
The urban storefront, located in a former pizza space, is slated to open this summer.
Harbor Freight to expand to Connecticut
New Haven, Conn. — RHYS Commercial said that Harbor Freight Tools is opening three Connecticut locations – in New Haven (17,000 sq. ft.), Bridgeport (14,284 sq. ft.) and Waterbury (16,813 sq. ft.).
The tool and equipment retailer’s location in New Haven opened April 27; construction is underway on the other two outlets.
Passco arranges $25.8 million to refinance Silver City Plaza
Las Vegas — Irvine, Calif.-based Passco Cos., said it has negotiated a $25.8 million loan to refinance Silver City Plaza, a 41,583-sq.-ft. neighborhood shopping center in Las Vegas.
The new loan was arranged with Cantor Commercial Real Estate, an affiliate of Cantor Fitzgerald, and was uniquely structured to accommodate a challenged market.
The center, which is situated on 1.92 acres and anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Walgreens, is less than one block from the new $2.4 billion Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Resort and less than a mile from the Fashion Show Mall and Las Vegas Convention Center.
