Reebok Names President of North America Unit
Canton, Mass., Reebok International said Thursday the company has named Matt O’Toole as president of Reebok North America, the brand’s largest business unit.
Canton, Mass.-based Reebok said O’Toole, whose appointment becomes effective Nov. 5, is currently the president and CEO of Reebok-CCM Hockey, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reebok that is based in Montreal.
In his new role, O’Toole will be responsible for all of the region’s brand operations, including marketing, product merchandising, sales, finance, operations and owned retail stores. He will continue to report directly to Paul Harrington, president and CEO of Reebok.
Halco Announces New Product Manager
Halco Lighting Technologies™ recently announced the appointment of Ernest L. Johnson to the newly created position of Product Manager. Ernest will report to Product Development Director David Nelkin and fills one of two positions created due to the company’s aggressive growth.
In his new position, Johnson will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the fluorescent and halogen lamp product lines from conceptual stages through product life cycles.
Prior to joining Halco, he served for seven years in a variety of increasingly responsible roles for Acuity Brands Lighting. Most recently, Johnson served as Senior Product Development Manager for the Lithonia Lighting Recessed Downlighting & Track product lines.
Lerner Co. Hires Retail Broker
Benjamin L. Meier has joined The Lerner Co., as a retail broker. Meier brings with him a successful background in retail sales and management at Scheels All Sports.
He has spent the past several years in commercial and retail brokerage and has represented both national and local clients. Meier’s advisory services have been utilized in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
He is also the ICSC Next Generation Regional Co-Chair person.
