RKF affiliates with U.K.-based consulting firm

New York — RKF has formed an affiliation with CWM Retail Property Advisors, LLP, a U.K.-based retail consulting firm.

Under the agreement, RKF has acquired CWM’s New York City office, whose current staff will join RKF. In addition, CWM and RKF have each committed to an exclusive relationship involving shared business referrals within the U.S. and the U.K.

Both companies will continue to own and operate their respective offices in both the U.S., and U.K. Headquartered in Manhattan, RKF has additional offices in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Northern New Jersey and San Francisco.

“Our U.S.-based retail tenants and investors will immediately gain access to the European markets via the CWM Platform; CWM, in turn, will introduce their European-based retail tenants and investors to the U.S. market through our vibrant national platform here,” said RKF Chairman and CEO Robert Futterman.

Lillians franchise opens in Monroe, Wis.

Plymouth, Minn. — Lillians, The Hippest Shoppe in Town, has announced the opening of its newest franchise location in the southern Wisconsin town of Monroe. Lillians of Monroe is the brand’s third store opening this year and the eighth location in Wisconsin. The brand offers boutique and department store fashions and accessories.

Lillian’s current portfolio has 27 locations in nine states — Wisconsin (8), Minnesota (10), North Dakota (3), Colorado (1), Illinois (1), Iowa (1), Missouri (1), South Dakota (1) and Texas (1). The company is registered to franchise throughout the U.S.

OfficeMax has unveiled a Services Center in stores nationwide to provide business owners with essential operations support.

The OfficeMax Services Center offers an extensive portfolio of more than 40 services designed to relieve administrative burden and assist businesses with critical needs, including web design and maintenance, 24/7 On-Call Tech Support, printing and document management, marketing materials, shipping, credit card and payroll processing, human resource services and legal assistance.
