Robert Marc, Malia Mills to open on Madison Avenue

New York City — Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group said it has completed leases for the third and fourth new tenants at 1225 Madison Ave., between 88th and 89th Streets, with eyewear designer Robert Marc and custom-fit swimwear stylist Malia Mills.

The team also arranged a long-term lease for cashmere designer Christopher Fischer, following a two-year stint there as a pop-up shop.

The newly revamped block-front shares the Madison Avenue corridor north of 86th Street with Brooks Brothers multi-brand store, J. Crew Cuts, Rachel Riley, Ankasa, Joie, Otte and Baby Cottons. The immediate area is also home to dozens of restaurants, including Sarabeth’s, Dean & DeLuca, Demarchelier, Le Pain Quotidien, Giovanni Venticinque and Centolire Restaurant & Bar.

Winn previously provided administrative and marketing support at Grubb and Ellis’ retail tenant representation division.

Super Supplements to open at Walker Center

Beaverton, Ore. — Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said that regional vitamin and supplement retailer Super Supplements has leased 4,165-sq.-ft. of space at Walker Center, located in Beaverton, Ore.

The new store is slated to open for business in spring 2012.

The 89,609-sq.-ft. shopping center features national retailers such as Massage Envy, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, and Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches.
