The Strand of Huntington Beach opens cafe, two new stores
Huntington Beach, Calif. Hollywood, Calif.-based CIM Group said The Strand of Huntington Beach has added two new stores to its collection of retailers.
Crocs and Varga, along with Sertino’s Cafe, now join eateries such as Zimzala Restaurant, RA Sushi, Johnny Rockets, and New Zealand Natural Ice Cream, as well as casual boutiques Forever 21, Active Ride Shop, Rip Curl, Merrilee’s Swimwear, Skechers, ANGL and G by Guess at The Strand.
The beachfront retail, business and entertainment destination features a luxury boutique hotel, The Shorebreak Hotel.
The Clothing Warehouse opens second Manhattan location
New York City Robert K. Futterman & Associates said Wednesday that The Clothing Warehouse has leased 1,021sq. ft. at 227 Mulberry Street, located between Prince and Spring Streets in Manhattan.
The new space features The Clothing Warehouse’s debut of its new concept, Scout Vintage T-Shirts.
Sprouts to anchor Westlake Village Plaza and Center
Westlake Village, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Tuesday that Sprouts Farmers Market has leased retail space in Westlake Village, Calif., at Westlake Village Plaza and Center.
Sprouts leased 31,152 sq. ft. and is slated to open in spring 2011. The Westlake Village location will be the grocer’s second location in the Thousand Oaks trade area and the third store in the Regency portfolio.
Sprouts will be occupying a former CVS/pharmacy location, which was duplicated at the center when CVS/pharmacy acquired Longs Drug Stores.
The 190,528-sq.-ft. Westlake Village Plaza and Center is 92% leased and anchored by Vons alongside CVS/pharmacy, Bank of America, Jamba Juice and Starbucks.
