Tractor Supply to open 1,300th store; plans 2,100 units
Brentwood, Tenn. — Tractor Supply Company is opening its 1,300th store, as the company continues to grow toward its stated opportunity of 2,100 domestic store locations. The 1,300th store, located in Bullhead City, Ariz., will celebrate its grand opening on March 29, 2014.

Tractor Supply operates stores in every state with the exception of Alaska and Utah. The company continues to expand its presence in the West, as it entered Arizona, Nevada, and Wyoming in 2013 and anticipates opening its first store in Utah later this year.
Robert Graham to open new store in Dallas
New York — Robert Graham has signed a new lease agreement to open a branded retail store featuring the full Robert Graham collection in NorthPark Center in Dallas. The store will carry the complete range of Robert Graham, including men’s sportswear, premium denim, furnishings, accessories, outerwear, newly launched footwear collection and women’s sportswear.
NorthPark Center features a unique backdrop of art, architecture and landscaping for the enjoyment of its discerning customers. The Robert Graham store will open in late Spring 2014.

Sam Hosn named GM of Potomac Mills
Woodbridge, Va. — Potomac Mills, the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the Washington, D.C., area has appointed Sam Hosn as its new general manager. Paul Fickinger, executive VP of property management for The Mills, a Simon Company, made the announcement.
As general manager, Hosn will manage the day-to-day operations of Potomac Mills including leasing, contract negotiations, staff supervision, office management, budgeting, tenant relations and marketing.
A 28-year veteran of the shopping center industry, Hosn comes to Potomac Mills from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., where he held the position of director of retail operations. In that position, Hosn managed Seminole Paradise, the hotel’s retail and entertainment complex featuring 17 restaurants, 11 nightclubs, 22 retail shops and a state-of-the-art concert arena.
Prior to that, he served as general manager of Town Center at Boca Raton, a 1.8-million-sq.-ft. shopping destination in Boca Raton, Fla., owned by Simon Property Group.
