Tucker Development receives site plan approval for Hudson Lights
Fort Lee, N.J. — Tucker Development Corp. announced that its mixed-use project planned for downtown Fort Lee, N.J. — Hudson Lights — has received site plan approval from the Fort Lee Borough Planning Board.
The project will encompass eight acres in the heart of downtown.
“We’ve worked to create a vibrant shop, dine and live quality environment,” said Richard H. Tucker, president and CEO of Tucker Development.
Hudson Lights — the western portion of a 16-acre site adjacent to the George Washington Bridge that will be comprehensively redeveloped — will feature 165,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail space marketed by Robert K. Futterman & Associates, up to 477 residential units and options for a 175-room hotel, an office building and approximately 1,200 parking spaces. Two new roadways will be constructed as part of the redevelopment.
Ross Dress for Less to open at St. Louis Mills
Hazelwood, Mo. — St. Louis Mills, Missouri’s largest outlet and value retail shopping and entertainment destination, will add a 35,000-sq.-ft. Ross Dress for Less, joining recently opened Toy Heaven, Broadway Suits and Wholesale Mattress Center and More.
The new Ross store will be located near Sears Outlet and across from Levi’s Outlet.
St. Louis Mills features more than 175 outlet and value retail stores including Cabela’s (the only one in Missouri), Forever 21, Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Outlet, Guess Factory Store, Off Broadway Shoes, Charlotte Russe Outlet and Tommy Hilfiger Company Store. Restaurant options include Chevys Fresh Mex, Johnny Rockets and Tony Roma’s. Entertainment offerings include Nascar SpeedPark, Plan Nine Skatepark, iceZONE and Regal Cinemas 18.
Maryland Live! Casino opens at Arundel Mills
Hanover, Md. — Simon Property Group said that Maryland Live! Casino has opened at its Arundel Mills outlet, value retail, dining and entertainment destination in Hanover, Md.
The new $500 million gaming and entertainment destination was developed by Baltimore-based real estate developers and casino operators, The Cordish Cos.
Maryland Live! Casino opened with approximately 3,200 Las Vegas-style slot machines and electronic table games. It also features a lineup of such restaurant brands as Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burger Palace, The Cheesecake Factory, which is scheduled to open June 20, Phillips Seafood, plus the Live! Market Buffet and Noodles.
Between July and October, Maryland Live! will also open Rams Head Center Stage and steakhouse The Prime Rib.
